Not really necessary
I love to cook so a sharp knife is a must. But as I get closer to Jacques Pepin's age, my manual skills aren't what they used to be. Thought I'd give it a try to see if a little extra protection would give me more confidence. I liked this idea but found this product difficult to get used to and makes working with food more uncomfortable. protects? Yes! If you are a complete Jack the Ripper I would recommend this for you.
