It is easy to use. You can set filters so that you only see certain types of items when looking at the application. The price point is very reasonable compared to other applications out there. I would recommend using it because it does exactly what it advertises. There really isn't anything negative about this program that we've experienced thus far as an organization. We have been able to find all our documents quickly in one central location and share them easily throughout the office. This has helped us tremendously being more efficient and productive.
