My 10 year old son loved the Falcons and happened to need more pants so my mother in law ordered two different colors for him. My son is skinny (60lbs) and it's always hard to find pants that are long enough to actually fit around his waist. You are perfect! The length is great for him and they are not super big and baggy, he can adjust the waist with a drawstring. I would definitely buy them again or as a gift for another child.
