schedule in undamaged shipping box. The problem was that the front bar had a quarter sized dent in the top bar. Very disappointed. Obviously this is a quality control issue as the paint is not cracked. The bar itself is solid but getting a damaged item really pisses me off as it was a Christmas present. You would think that a company trying to stay on top and attract customers could control quality better than shipping damaged goods. This is exactly why brick-and-mortar retail will never disappear as long as the customer can see the product. A brick-and-mortar store is guaranteed to never display or sell a damaged item unless it has been designated as a "scratches and dents" item in advance. I will return the item. Big problem that I don't have to deal with. HL
