The video portion of this camera worked up to a point. If you just want to see the picture, it works well enough. There is no software included so you don't have to pan/zoom/etc. unless the video conferencing software you intend to use with it cannot perform these functions. Also, my mics only worked with the Zoom software; Skype and others I've tried didn't use microphones. The driver was extremely minimal, and I had to uninstall and reinstall the camera multiple times (in Windows 10 Pro) to get at least some features that I consider standard so they weren't unavailable. I have emailed the company several times with questions and only got one response from them to "remove and reinstall the camera". If you're looking for a high-resolution camera with decent functionality, check out Logitech. They are more expensive but worth it. I'll wait until the price is Black Friday before trying again.
