Review on Niagara Cutter N68459 Finishing 40 Degree by Mark Jefferson
The smaller ones don't seem to have Weldon shanks as the description says.
Bought three sizes. The two smaller ones, 7/32" (68451) and 1/4" (68453), do not have a Weldon shank (flat spot). The 1/2" (68466) has it. Haven't cut it yet but otherwise looks like a good cutter.
