The store charged me $450 or something crazy to fix this switch. I looked it up and it was incredibly easy to replace (just look it up on YouTube). Then I did not find this spare part for a lot of money. I just installed it on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It took about 2 minutes, works great and looks the same as the old one. Some of the bad reviews are from people who ordered the wrong part. Pull up the switch in the car and look at the connector below. Just make sure you order the right one (same number of pins in the right places) and you'll be fine.
