The speaker produces a lot of sound for its size. As I use a Cobra 75 WX ST, I had trouble hearing anything without the jeep's top on. This little speaker has changed that, and it looks good too. The coolest thing for me was that my CB switch box is behind the glove box. That way I could route the cable in and behind the glove box to connect. Now that I'm not using it, I can put the speaker out of sight in the glove box. Since it's so small/light, I also attached two 1" square Velcro straps to the dash (see circled in red in the picture?) and a 1" strip across the bottom of the speaker to hold it in place when in use. Holds up well even with heavy rotation.
