I think the best reason I like these bags is because it's the only product that is easily accessible for the vacuum that my grandma, Eureka, me bought "Mighty Mite" Style 3 canisters when I went to college in the late 1960's. In addition, these are "Premium" packages that have been upgraded to "HEPA" filter status. Otherwise I would have shot through my "Mighty Mite" long ago; because I'm convinced that this damn thing will never die as long as opportunistic people pocket it. In fact, my great-great-grandchildren might still be stuck in that indestructible, ugly piece of yellow plastic from the 1960s as long as stupid people keep providing them with bags; or they, if they are not aware of their social responsibility, to send this type of technology to museums or to cemeteries. I used to be cynical about "planned obsolescence" and an advocate for durable products, but now I'm not so sure!
