The problem I had in my house was that the Wi-Fi could not reach all the rooms in my house; which turned out to be a 1255 sf ranch style home. Since my brother-in-law works in IT, he advised me to buy an extension cord for full coverage. I read the reviews for this product and was impressed and glad my search was over. I really like the touchscreen and the colorful display. Not a difficult product to set up and works like a charm. I gave him 5 stars because he really did what he was supposed to do. Their customer service is fantastic and they know what they are doing. The placement of this extension cord was installed on my rolling table halfway through the house which is in the perfect spot. I was able to hook up a printer to this extension and can now print my schedules from my phone. The original modem was in the living room, and due to the position of the desk, it was not possible to connect a computer or printer in that room. Needless to say, I now have full-band WiFi at home. I have reviewed a few products but I have consistently compared others to almonds and won almonds by far. There are several Almond models so it's best to look at your situation and if you're not sure which one to buy, contact customer service for help. This item was purchased about 2 months ago and I wanted to give it some time before leaving this review. As of today 3/28/17 I would like to say that this was the perfect purchase for my situation. I think you will like it too.
