I love this product so much because when it works it works great. Unfortunately, this only works for about 45 minutes at a time. I have two displays, each with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. Works fine for about 45 minutes, then the laptop loses the video signal. Disconnecting and reconnecting does nothing. The device still does not light up and the laptop does not recognize the video signal. I have to restart my laptop every time this happens. The driver has been checked and the latest version is already installed. My laptop is brand new, runs on a 6th Gen Intel i7, has a super fast SSD and 16GB RAM. I'm sure it's not my laptop. Will have to send this one back. Update: I was contacted by the manufacturer. They sent me a new one but the problem remained. Upgraded to 2 stars for good customer service. Too bad it still didn't work for me.
