Need a non-reactive, low-odor option for straining kefir and this is it. I really only needed the small one, but buying them individually costs almost as much as a set, so I figured why buy them all now? Worked well, didn't overflow and I didn't have to stir, just shake a bit. The small size fits well in a wide-necked liter jar. They've only had them for a week, so no problem to report. The only complaint is that I think they are a bit overpriced due to the fragility of the material. ETA: Okay, I tried a different type of small jar and it doesn't fit the hole. It still works, but it doesn't strain your free hands.
