This is an OEM oil filter for the 2014 BMW 550i as well as many other models. The price is great with rubber o-rings and a new copper washer for the drain plug. Easy to install, remove the cartridge with an oil filter cap remover. The filter is mounted on a rubber O-ring, therefore a strong pull is required to remove the filter from the housing. Replace the o-rings, install the new filter by pushing it in until you feel it click into place. Reinstall filter and housing. Torque at 18.5 ft-lbs. Great price and fast shipping too.
