I love that it's easy for my employees who manage their own inventory levels to enter new products into our system as well as track purchases against sales orders or purchase requests. It also syncs with QuickBooks so we can generate reports easily without having any additional apps installed on each employee computer. The reporting features are very powerful but they're not always intuitively organized which makes them difficult to use initially. We were looking at other asset management systems like Appirio OneWorld before deciding what was best fit for us. With this tool though, there isn't much else you need outside of just some basic training provided by your IT department if needed. Our users find being able to check off boxes when purchasing materials easier than entering data manually in order for invoices to reflect those changes within our accounting application.
