The socket adapters work exactly as I expected and do a good job. It comes with different sized socket adapters that fit most sockets. They all worked well and easily tightened and loosened nuts and bolts. Very happy with this part. But I wish it had a small box or something to store it instead of floating around freely in my tool chest. An angle adapter is a whole different story. I have a good square adapter to compare it to and there is nothing to compare it to. This one doesn't hold the bits well for working with screws. They tend to fall out easily. I have an adapter that allows the device to be magnetized and that helps, but they are also a bit loose so it doesn't completely fix the problem. I also tried some hex bits and you have to be careful when trying to get a straight hole. You have to hold the adapter in one hand and the drill in the other to get a decent hole. With sockets, on the other hand, it worked well, where a bit of play in the adapter isn't that much of a problem. But if you put a socket on the end and plug in an adapter, the end with the socket adds weight and it's even easier to fall out of the adapter. So ultimately you can do whatever you want. want, but at least with the angle adapter it's not as easy as it should be and not as well constructed as other devices like my DeWalt adapter.
