The team are always very helpful when it comes to any issues or questions I have, they will go out their way to help me if needed! They also make sure that my website runs as efficiently as possible which makes running your own business much easier than before! I don't really dislike anything about them other then maybe being able to do more with our account manager in regards to getting us new products/features? We use the platform for email marketing so we can send emails directly from within the system without having to log into the mail server ourselves.
