Review on 🔌 Dorman 742-272 Power Window Motor – Suitable for Ford / Lincoln Models by Darrell Shreves

Good powerful replacement lift motors for my 2001 Expedition. I have had 2 for about 3 years and just did a 3rd door with another. Everything worked fine, no problems, and the power windows came on with more force than the old, worn out motors. Installation is pretty easy, and one of the few wiring harness parts they give you is a direct replacement. At least take a look at Expy. The doors have 3 holes in the sheet metal located over the heads of the 3 engine bolts. If you drill them out to about 1/2 inch or so you should be able to access the screws with a socket. The engine is easily replaceable. There is no need to remove the regulator/bracket or drill out the 4 rivets that hold everything in the door. .
