Great idea! I was constantly trying to find this information for my deep fryer, going through recipe after recipe, comparing time and temperature each time. It now hangs neat and tidy on the side wall of my fridge. This is very handy and the conversion charts and ingredient substitution charts are an added bonus. If you are new to outdoor roasting or refer to recipes often, this is definitely an item you will not regret purchasing. I've bought 3 now, some for gifts.
