The ability to make changes quickly without having to spend hours in front of your computer troubleshooting issues or waiting for someone else's fix. I wish there were more ways to customize fields in forms, such as date ranges that can't be edited after you send them off into another process. There are plenty of other solutions out there so it was difficult to determine which one would work best for our business needs; logicbay seemed like an easy fit with its cloud platform offering as well as the ease of use when designing new forms and tracking customer data over time.
