Review on Downluxe by Steve Stone

Well, let me tell you that my experience buying at Downluxe was not a pleasant one, and I won't soon forget it. I placed an order for some kitchen and bed linens, and oh was I let down. The towels were so thin that I could almost see through them, and the linens were scratchy and felt like sandpaper against my skin. To make things worse, the shipping was agonizingly slow, and I encountered nothing but frustration when I attempted to contact customer service to ask about my order. I spoke with a person who seemed uninterested in assisting me and who was unable to provide me with any information. My overall Downluxe experience was a major disappointment. They are not a retailer I will use again, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else either. Avoid the hassle by shopping elsewhere for your kitchen and household necessities.
