These tips are exactly the same as when buying a Stahl SSVT soldering station. I think these are excellent quality tips! As long as you know how to properly solder and tin them, I don't see any problems/disadvantages in this. I'm glad it exists and I needed a chisel point. I stuck to the cone that came with the station. IF you have this station and need advice, use it! You will not regret your purchase!
