Review on DETTELIN by Sam Lee

As a trained music industry professional, I had high hopes for DETTELIN. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were not positive. Although they have a wide variety of instruments, the quality of their offerings is questionable. Unfortunately, the drums and percussion instruments I bought were flawed in many ways and could not live up to my high standards. Their service to customers is also subpar. When I contacted the staff about the flawed items, they were useless and unresponsive. The instruments were already damaged when delivery was delayed, and the inadequate packaging didn't help matters. Moreover, DETTELIN's claim that they will match any competitor's pricing is deceptive. They refused to match the prices of competitors' websites where I found the same things for less money, giving no explanation for their decision. In conclusion, if you're in the market for dependable musical instruments, I wouldn't suggest DETTELIN. Their products are subpar, and their support staff is unhelpful. Unfortunately for shoppers in the market for musical instruments and accessories, their "price match" guarantee is equally deceptive.
