Review on πŸ”Œ Miady 50 Amp RV Power Outlet Box: Lockable Weatherproof Enclosure for RVs, Trailers, Electric Cars & More by Brandon Gaines

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good luck using #6 AWG wire.

Most of these cheap cases have the same problems: - The socket that comes with it is absolute nonsense. It's flimsy, the ports are one of the worst designs I've seen, and who uses Phillips screws on soft metal grommets? Buy a $10 Leviton 279-S00 and pretend there's no escape in that box. If using 3/4" conduit, punch the center of the "knockout hole" and use a 1-1/8" (1.125") hole saw. Anyone who hits them with screwdrivers and chisels should do not do any electrical work.- It is troublesome to work if you use #6 wire.

Pros
  • BEST SPACE DESIGN
Cons
  • The list will be long.
