I have bought them several times for myself and my adult children. These are the sharpest and easiest scissors I have ever used. Definitely better than the ones with the grip I grew up with. I read that Ina Garten recommends them and says to change them every year to have super sharp knives. However, I've been using mine for years and they're still great.
