Disappointed with the product, not good for anything.

I wouldn't advise this to anyone; it's not worth the price. After 8 years of humidifier use, I have found that the cheapest models seem to work just as well. These are insufficient to last more than a year and a half, and the concept of work is the same for everyone. Using merely mountain, bottled water could work, but the price of the water alone would be ten times as much as the humidifier.

Pros

Easily accessible water. It's a quiet worker, really. An enormous reservoir.

Cons

After 3 months of use, it began to break and make noise. Even though I filled it with filtered water in 90% of the time, the repair shop said no when I brought it in. Similar Chinese ones costing $1,500 lasted me an average of 15 months, whereas this technological marvel lasted little more than three months.
