Maybe the problem is 17 "Limited " Acadia!
I want to use this product. The packaging was great. The product was well made and seemed easy to install. I have Acadia 2017 and it should work. It's not like this. I was expecting the screws to fit the existing roof rails, but the brackets are made with horizontally mounted screws. My Acadia is a limited edition and I've had some issues with other accessories that didn't fit. For this reason I have not given any negative feedback. I've included my photos of the roof rack so if yours looks like mine it won't fit.
