These are good masks that provide very good insulation. They are not cheap masks. I bought them to wear on a flight to Hawaii. I didn't wear them on the plane because they are too thick and difficult to breathe. I didn't want to wear a tight fitting mask on a 5 hour flight. These masks are great for spraying paint or blocking objects as they all have a filtration system. I didn't realize they would seal off the outside air so well. They are adjustable and don't bind around my face. They are just thick and offer good insulation that makes it difficult for me to breathe. But then again these are really good masks and you get two of them.
