The ease in which you can access your case file, docket reports etc., is great! I wish there was more features for calendar items/dates that are not available online (such as holidays).

Also sometimes it takes longer than expected when downloading files from another computer or using cloud storage sites like dropbox & google drive- this could be improved upon with some software updates? Great system overall but definitely needs improvements if they continue down their current path. We just started our implementation so we have only been able use part one thus far - however once implemented fully will provide excellent support services during trials such as voir dire, jury selection etc.- especially since all trial dates would now be accessible through desktop application vs having to wait until next week's paper copy comes out each time.
