Review on 🔧 Pair of Front Hood Gas Shocks Struts for Lexus GX470 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner - Replacement Set by Reza Shoecraft

The hood struts on my 2004 4Runner failed years ago. I never thought of a replacement, I don't know why. I bought it for $25 and the installation was rated about a 1 on a scale of 1 to 5 for difficulty. I'll need a 12mm open-end wrench and something to support the hood (a vise attached to the post or a stick to hold the hood, etc.). This caused some problems for 1 person and 2 people would have made things easier. But it was a great cheap upgrade and the A-pillars are very well made and hold the hood, maybe better than the original OEM. Highly recommended.
