Review on FineInno by Luis Despain

The time I spent at FineInno was nothing but a letdown. I was thrilled to discover an internet shop that claimed to sell everything a beginner artist could want. However, I was completely flummoxed by the huge variety and lack of structure on their website. The search feature was terrible, and I had a hard time locating the information I needed. When I eventually decide on a product, I was dismayed to discover that it was either no longer available or sold at an outrageous markup. Equally aggravating was the checkout process, which included unclear directions and additional costs that I wasn't made aware of until after making my order. Unfortunately, my order did not come on time and was incomplete. My experience with FineInno's customer service left me feeling duped and dissatisfied. The website's claim to serve artists of all experience levels left me expecting more as a beginner in the area. I will not be shopping at FineInno again and would advise others to do the same.
