Love love love this handbag. Even though the lace is printed, it doesn't look cheap. It is well made and very spacious. The middle pocket can be useful, but it's not rigid so it falls over and covers one of the other large pockets. The back zip is also a little wobbly, but it still works. Therefore 4 stars. Also, I like it, space and comfort on the shoulder.
