It was amazing at first, better cleaned than me! But then I realized that he didn't want to come on anymore. I've tried changing the batteries in the remote control and plugging it into a different outlet, but nothing. This is frustrating because the return window for returns only closed a few days ago. To be honest it feels like I've been played. I contacted Deenkee to see if they could help. I will update this review as well. Attention buyers: (Update 11/15/21: I contacted Deenkee and they were able to help me reset it! It's working perfectly now. Their customer service team is lovely and I will definitely contact them again if it's faulty again. I will update my review accordingly!
