Metal clamps after installation are not regulated - they just tighten more! Beware!
My big 4Runner kept rattling objects, but when I tried to remove it to lower the bike seats, the metal knot at each corner pulled even closer to the attachment point Celebration . The metal does not allow slipping as they have claws. I had to cut the thing off to remove it! I don't recommend this if you plan on taking it off for another load.
