Since switching to a gluten-free diet over a year ago, it's been difficult to bake bread that rises well enough to be used as a sandwich. I thought trying to bake the buns would probably be the best option considering the bread doesn't need to rise as much. This pan is perfect for that purpose! I would also like to point out that overall this is also one of the best nonstick pans I have ever bought. This skillet didn't stick at all. When I took the buns out of the pan, it felt like I had never used them before - not a single crumb stuck to the pan! I very much hope that he will continue to work in this spirit! I confess that I was hesitant to buy this pan because of the price, but it was worth it!
