Product seems to work. The instructions are terrible. It looks like they are sending the same instructions for similar products. For example, the instructions always say to hold down the button for a second. It doesn't work on my device. You just press the button and release without pausing. The installation went smoothly after I figured out this instruction error. Using the WPS button on my router, it was easy to load the existing WiFi SSID/password settings into the new WiFi extender. One thing surprises me. This kit consists of two parts: a small adapter and a larger extension. The adapter connects to the router via Ethernet and sends data over power lines. The larger extension sends/receives data over the power line and also creates a WIFI network. The smaller adapter can also be used to create a remote Ethernet connection. You can also connect multiple WIFI extenders, but I can't find individual WIFI extenders for sale. That was the whole point of using this device.
