Good but baseplate not very strong, I had to cut through the baseplate to prevent the shifter cable from twisting, instructions say to cut 1 inch. I had to cut off 3 inches that I just hated to cut the bottom panel. The parts list says a neutral safety switch is included, but no safety switch is included, but the factory safety switch still works. I believe the engineers who designed this switch could have better designed the area where the cable snaps onto the switch. But I went ahead and installed it and I'm fine with that.
