Feels good in hand
So the knife I replaced was a crappy and about 20 year old knife that I got for free from a furniture store at uni. So from there I could only go up. I'm not a chef or a cutting expert, but the knife is really good. I just cut 6 onions with it and it works great. The weight distribution is perfect. So for 30 euros you can't go wrong.
