I really like these lids. You are so wonderful. They fit very well. I mean, you won't realize how well these things fit on a wall jar until you try to see it for yourself. As if they were designed by rocket scientists. I'm not exaggerating, not even a little. It blew my mind. I've tried different types and either sent them back or disappeared through them. They are so easy to put on and take off. They don't leak at all and are very easy to clean. I tested them pretty brutally. I use these 1/2 gallon mason jars for homemade sweet tea. So when I filled 3 of these and screwed on the lids, I took each one, held them upside down over the sink and shook off the fire. I wanted to see how strong the snap on spout cover is. I needed to know how tight the fit was. I did not fit these caps. None of them leaked and each passed my brutal shake test over the sink. Spout lids were tight. The dainty little loop rings are also great for gripping the weight of a full 1/2 gallon rock can, especially when wet. This is a very cool feature. I wasn't sure what I was going to get because you can't tell from the picture on Revain. But I am so impressed with the quality of these caps. They are made of some durable material, maybe nylon I'm not sure. They're tough, that's for sure. They are also a food grade material, so there are no harmful substances (no toxic substances) in them, which is also very healthy. A very well made product. I will buy more if and when needed. Give me a break. We can't put that many tea tins in the fridge at once.
