Yes, this $200 (or more) tabletop wine cooler uses (1) one of those $4.25 parts to keep it cool. Neighbor's wine cooler stopped cooling because the cooling tray died. I replaced this tablet with one of these and it took care of it. When using, make sure the tray has a HOT side and a COLD side. Obviously, with a wine cooler, the cold side faces in and the hot side faces the huge heatsink, with the fan facing the back. DO NOT install any of these without thermal paste! Thermal paste is necessary to achieve optimal transfer of cold and heat to adjacent parts.
