Review on ๐Ÿ›น Bones Wheels Hard Bushings: The Best Choice for Enhanced Skateboarding Performance (2 Set) by Paul Tilden

NOT RECOMMENDED: NOISY, CLICK, POPCORN Hubs

Current Setting: 8.25 Deck/Mob Grip Indy Trucks TI 144 (Rigid) <When Nylon Nut is flush with Pivot Top > Indy Yellow Hubs Cylinder) 53 mm Spitfire Tapered Solid Bones f4 99du / 56mm atfreds: Spaced Bearings Weight: 150lbs I like my trucks stiff but loose enough that I can spin a 56mm wheel without biting the wheel. This means that if I shift all my weight to one side, the wheels will lift an inch off the ground before snagging on the wheels. I set it up so that if I land in a sketchy 180-degree reverse drive, I won't eat shit. While these hubs work as intended, they are very noisy and make a loud clicking noise when turning. It annoys and distracts me so I will NOT be using these jacks. I cannot recommend them. So consider mid-size bone jacks if you'd rather stick with their brand. I like them too, and since the dura is softer, these options might not be as "snappy". I recommend cylinder liners: Indy Yellow (super hard), Black (hard) or Blue (medium hard) liners. So far there are no problems. The cylindrical base provides more stability on descents, and the nut doesn't need to be fully tightened where the kingpin shows the tuft of thread. After a break, one or two threads in the nut will be visible and the sleeve will appear healthy. Hope that helps
