I usually wrap a paper towel around my pint to keep my fingers warm so I was glad to find them. I gave them away because I knew they would be shared with me! The recipient always has koozies around her plastic water bottle instead of a coaster to avoid water rings, so it's the same thing, only made for the pint size of ice cream. I really think the holder could have been just a half inch shorter to keep ice cream from dripping down the rim of the pint container and staining the koozie. I would recommend it to all pint lovers.
