Valerian Root Gummies Disappoint

These gummies did nothing for me. I tried them for a few weeks and didn't notice any difference in my sleep or anxiety levels. On the plus side, they tasted good. However, for the price, I expected them to have more of an impact on my overall health and household routine. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable amino acid supplement.
