This is unacceptable! I was going to give it five stars when I first got the backpack but decided to wait and see how it held up and I'm glad I did. I don't have to pay $35 for a product because the thread came loose and the zipper broke. Back pocket zipper has come loose. I put important things in this bag because it wasn't visible, but what now with that?🙄😒 The elastic bands on the outer pockets have already come loose. The backpack is not completely waterproof and the protector spreads out in some places. If one of these shortcomings doesn't bother you, then take a backpack. It's cute and great for travel. BUT if you are worried about these shortcomings, then do what you will with this information. Consider getting a Jansport backpack, the last one probably lasted 7 years with me - with proper care.
