Only installed a few days but I like it. The old seat is very loose. It looks solid and stable. The slow close function works perfectly. The hardest part of the installation was removing the old seat. My 43SLOW model came with plastic nuts and bolts with their torque adjustable breakaway adapter. I had to tighten the nuts under the back of the toilet but once they were hand tight everything else was done on top of the toilet. Tighten moderately until seat is stiff; adjust and maintain sitting position; Tighten one screw with a 1/2" wrench; check the position of the seat again; if necessary, loosen the fixed nut slightly and move the seat; tighten the second nut firmly. Check the position of the seat again, when everything is tight, tighten properly until the torque adapter is free, close the screw covers and click into place, done The assembly took me about 15 minutes because I worked slowly and very carefully.
