Micrometer or Microdisplacement?

Honestly I don't see any difference. First impression, very nicely put together. Mounted on a 420mm crossbar, it feels solid. The throw is a bit long if you have long fingers, perfect! If not, like me, a little awkward. However, you quickly get used to it. The rear shifts perfectly without sweat. The front shifts are a little rough, but manageable. Small front sprocket to middle sprocket, you need to make 2 clicks then it is on. And it only takes 1 click to switch to the big sprocket. Shift from the big sprocket to the middle sprocket, sometimes the knob actually gets stuck and stays on the big sprocket. The only way out is to switch back to the large sprocket. For some reason it will fall in the middle of the sprocket. Everything else is perfect except for this hook.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • not reliable
