I just got this a few days ago and I've already used daylight from it! I've made beef stew and we all know how hard it is to dice potatoes and carrots. It always takes about 2+ hours to get everything ready before I can turn on the slow cooker. With this item, the time has been reduced to less than an hour! I still had to dice the food after it was diced, but it was still quick! Slicing potatoes for mashing was so quick too! I can't wait to try it with sweet potatoes. A big plus is that it's made of stainless steel and none of its parts are plastic, making it a durable item in my kitchen!
