The personal attention and support that the team provides. Nothing! The team is so easy to work with and is always willing to help. The system is extremely customizable and has so many options it's very difficult to not find what you need. I have been very happy with the service and the company overall. We use the fulfillment for multiple clients. They've made the process so easy to navigate and customize. They are very knowledgeable about what they do! I have used them for several years now and they always go above and beyond to ensure that we get our orders out in a timely manner. If there's anything I dislike about them it would be their pricing. It seems like they could charge more but then again I'm sure this is where they make most of their money. We've been able to ship products from all over the country without any issues.
