I had problems with hesitation when the engine was idling. The problem went away after installation. Make sure that no water flows into the connector for the (05 Honda Accord) as the two lines going to the IAC are above the connector. Also, let the engine idle for 15 minutes and check that the radiator overflow tank is in line with the recommended line.
