My time spent on GoodtoU was akin to exploring a strange country, where I became more perplexed and dissatisfied with each new discovery. The "one-stop shop" that claimed to supply everything I needed for my kitchen and house was too good to be true. I felt like I was attempting to read a foreign language when I tried to use this website; the layout was illogical, and the translations were inaccurate, leaving me feeling lost and confused. The product listings lacked specificity, leaving me wondering whether or not I had ordered the right thing. When my shipment eventually arrived, I was even more dissatisfied to see that it had been poorly packaged and shipped. Some of the goods were damaged in transit, and the overall experience left me feeling like a disoriented foreigner who had been taken advantage of by dishonest locals. The already confusing and unhelpful customer support was just the icing on the cake. Getting generic responses that didn't address my concerns was like attempting to communicate with someone who spoke a foreign language. My experience with GoodtoU as a whole was negative, and I would advise others to avoid it. As much as the Internet has opened up the world to commerce, it's important to keep in mind that not all stores are made equal.
