3 of 4 worked great both during installation and in service after replacing the motor. The front bracket should have a metal sleeve that runs the full width of the bracket for the bolt to go through. Our mount has a metal sleeve about 1 inch long in the middle for the bolt and then empty air where there should be additional sleeves on either side. Most likely this is just some kind of manufacturing defect, but it went unnoticed until it was too late. Otherwise everything is good.
